On Monday, two pedestrians were hit by car in Santa Monica at approximately 10:40 a.m. The pedestrians were crossing Wishire Blvd. at 16th St., heading south, in a marked crosswalk. They were struck by a 28-year-old driver.
The 61-year-old male pedestrian suffered multiple fractures. The 62-year-old female pedestrian suffered a head injury. Both were transported to a local hospital.
