A three-vehicle accident happened today on Ortega Highway in Orange County.
According to Capt. Marc Stone of the Orange County Fire Authority, the accident occurred just after noon near 35505 Ortega Highway. When initial reports came in to the CHP, only two cars were involved. But a third vehicle became involved and overturned.
One of the victims suffered serious injuries and had to be flown by helicopter to a nearby hospital.
