Three bicyclists were hit by a suspected drunk driver on Pacific Coast Highway in Seal Beach on Sunday evening.
The accident happened at about 8:06 p.m. on PCH, west of Anderson St. A driver who struck the bicyclists fled the scene. The driver, 46-year-old Juli Ann Brown of Alaska, was later arrested and booked at the Seal Beach jail for narcotics violations, felony hit and run and driving under the influence. Brown was later moved to the Orange County Jail.
