A motorcycle rider was killed on the 10 Freeway in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The accident was reported about 6:25 a.m. The motorcyclist was westbound on the 10 (Santa Monica) freeway when he was struck by an MTA bus near La Brea Ave.
The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
According to the CHP, the identity of the motorcyclist is unknown at this time. He is described as a black man in his 40s.
The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
