Attorney Catherine Lerer will be a featured speaker at Blockbuster 2020, a two-day seminar in Denver put on by the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association on January 30th-31st, 2020. She will be giving a presentation on e-scooter accidents on Saturday January 31st from 9:30AM-10:00AM. She will also be one of three speakers on a panel discussion about the transportation issues facing Colorado.
Catherine Lerer is known nationwide for her expertise in scooter accidents. She has spoken to over 400 scooter injury victims, and has filed lawsuits against electric scooter companies on behalf of injured scooter riders and on behalf of pedestrians injured by scooters.
Ms. Lerer has been involved in the drafting of California electric scooter legislation. She is a strong proponent of mandating that e-scooter riders wear helmets.
